I have heard similar (as Stan 76 alluded to) about the ground development decision coming to the Board in the next couple of weeks so it could be that. Of course his shares are now worth more with the team in form so he may simply be trying to capitilise on them. Or both. Or none. But the rumours on the ground decision seems pretty solid to me.
