Bernie's Recent Comments In The Guardian

What do you think he mean't

.He has made a reluctant advance on football. In the colourful company of Flavio Briatore, now banned from Formula One, and Lakshmi Mittal, one of the world's richest men who is apparently worth £19bn, Ecclestone now owns QPR. "It's something I got involved in," he sighs, "not out of choice. I'm probably going to be even more involved shortly. It's a task that needs getting on with."

Well, Bernie, if it's really that much bother, sell your shares to the Mittals and be rid of us.
His PR advisor must be absolute cack.

I'm just putting two and two together, as believe it or not I am not privvy to what goes on, but hammersmith r';s went to the training ground and said Warnock had a meeting today. With F1 season finishing shortly, maybe he is going to get more involved and help Neil for January?

Think we can read too much into what Bernie says. End of the day he has made great business investments in his life and is probably hard to gage what he actually means

He strikes me as a man who mutters first, almost forgetting that someone will pounce on every word.
I think the fan base might think more of him if he pre-thought his comments a bit.
If the fan base still don't matter to him, it sort of proves the point;.

Which is exactly the reason why "pouncing on his every word" is a futile exercise.

Wiser instead to take most of his utterances with a healthy dose of salt.

Bernie don't mess around and he will not give the media a straight answer, you will never know what he is up to.

He is one of the most powerful man in the world of sport, everyone wants to be associated with him.

If anyone can get QPR heading in the right direction then it's definitely him, I'm talking long term future with his contacts.

in the past we have complained that he is disinterested; if he is now going to get more interested that can only be good, surely.

Warnock said he deals with Amit on a daily basis but speaks to Bernie and Flavio regularly.
First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

Could be a spin on his vertical challenge?
Or maybe, we finally found a mascot outfit, that fits him?

OK, who took away the taxi emicon?
