Newcastle took 16 games to score 25 goals last season and they finished the season as top scorers with 90 goals. Including going on a run of 4 games between matches 10-13 scoring just 1 against us, none against Bristol City, none against Forest and just 1 against Scunny.

Good stats but look at Newcastle's forward line vs ours and its a different story. I Don't what to come across negative as I am delighted with our start and goal difference but at last nights game I went into the bookies and struggled to pick a player for first goalscorer. We have some very decent attacking players but no goalscorer

and this years Newcastle are Cardiff in my opinion who have 3 quality striker while we have none

That is an insulting and outrageous statement about the strikers we have at the club. HH, Hulse, Agyemang and Mackie will take us up.

Funny how Arsenal and Man U don't appear to have a fearsome no.9 up front but are doing mighty fine despite this handicap? Also, Liverpool have one of the world's best no.9s up front but are having a mare of a season.
Could go on all day about needing more pace in defence, a flying winger, an up-and-down midfielder, a 30-goal-a-season striker etc etc. Overall, I think we have assembled an excellent squad that is capable of sustaining a big promotion push.
