Sod the top 2 Bari boy has scored 21 but 9 of those little ******s have been from the penalty spot. I don't think Rowlands misses that many to warrant a new penalty taker!
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Depends on the player. We shouldn't be put off because Ledesma, SDC and Parejo "failed".

I think there are plenty of quality players at clubs worse than ours who would be dying to play at a higher level. Players at clubs like Saints, Charlton, Norwich, Leeds, MK Dons etc would no doubt prefer Championship than League One. Also teams like Blackpool, Donny, Plymouth, Sheff Wed etc aren't going to be challenging next season so their players too may want to move on.

why look in Italy, we should do a Wigan and look in central america, they spend £3m on a player and the next minute they're worth £15m.

I reckon there must be some tasty players out there for around £1-£1.5m just need some decent scouting

if we want young cheap talent, look to south africa.

went on a tour there last year and in the team which won the district cup this year are a ex-chelsea academy trials keeper, a county captain who seems to believe hes at qpr but i dont believe him, county midfielders and defence, ex-watford academy centre back & best strikers for our age in the town, and we got hammered 9-0 by a semi pro under 18 team who fielded their b team for the first half. the standard was overwhelming.

i agree, look elsewhere not in central europe.

Never as simple as that is it. Goals don't mean a player will fit into a team or a country whether British or not.

I don't mind either as long as the MANAGER knows what the player is capable of and what he wants in his team. Hence why I want a MANAGER!
