We hardly sang about him at all, its all Mackie, Mackie, Mackie now and brilliantly though Jamie has done Heider also deserves a lot of credit for our start to the season. Some on here have never given him much of a chance (ironically since that sitter he missed at Palace, on his debut I think). OK, so he is not always the most clinical but for a guy who is only 5ft 9 I haven't seen many better headers of the ball and he brings so many team mates into play. Also works his socks off, constantly closing down defenders trying to pass the ball out of defence. We still seem to think of him as a bit of a Watford player, but he is ours and we should celebrate him.

Heidar is class. Hope all of his critics, and yes u were quite a few last season, can appreciate what he brings to the team. Pure class.
