Im assuming that is Roberts. My mate, the one who is related to a player, told me he was told Rangers were considering buying out the rest of Roberts' Blackburn contract in order to get him here and on a lower wage. that makes perfect sense to me - Roberts gets a lump sum on signing but a lower ongoing salary.
