Released by Boro. He was an england u21 and close to breaking into the england team at 1 time. I remember him being fairly decent, I know he had a bad injury but would be a free. Currently on trial at cardiff but I would be tempted to try and mess that deal up. Thoughts?

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
