Yesterday was his nadir. As news broke on SSN that Hulse was on his way Pete turned around and said he wasn't signing.

Can we now bin this foolish notion that Pete is 'ITK.' He clearly isn't. We all had cold hard proof of it yesterday.

As for me. I passed on information from a source that said Roberts was going to be our only signing on deadline day. I was obviously very wrong, therefore I won't post rumors anymore.

I for one enjoy Pete's contribution. We all know that he often gets it wrong, but his posts are entertaining to read for the majority.

Pete takes a fair amount of stick on here, he takes most of the stick well and even those who get on his case would admit he ain't that bad. i love reading all the romours & i choose myself how much i read into them. pete clearly has contacts but just not acurate sometimes. if you don't like what he posts...don't read them eh. end of the day this is a great site & fair play to pete for making it this way!!

Can we give the Pete bashing a rest? He provides us (and I include you and me) a free fantastic forum for us to debate all things QPR. Yesterday we had over 800 people online at one time meaning that where you could wait for minutes or hours on another forum for a response, here you get debate in seconds. This forum provides a great facility to chat, to arrange meet ups, fantastic match previews and reports and all because every month Pete dips his hand into his pocket and pays the bills. His tips and his predictions are about as reliable as a chocolate teapot and he once supported Chelsea (joke) but he doesn't deserve the constant bashing because he's provided us with some dodgy information.

The most unbelievable thing about Petes, Hulse had failed a medical story came from a random poster on 606, the other day he told us Sousa had lost the dressing room, again this rumour came from a random poster on a Leicester forum. Pete is trigger happy posts any old crap as fact just to appear like he knows what he is talking about. Take the arrogance of the conversation with Nodge tonight a poster who has actually worked in football for 20 years, just astounds me at times.
