Going by the offy's track record they rarely, if ever, make these type of announcements only for it to fall flat at the last minute, which therefore indicates it would now be extremely unlikely for either deal to not complete.

The worry is they said there would be an update today and there hasn't been.

It said on the offy yesterday that "there will be a further update on this deal tomorrow (Thursday)"

Go on there this afternoon and the same post says "an update on this deal will be announced in due course"

Fully expect these deals to go through tomorrow. It would actually do us a favour if the football league did not sanction it, save us a cool million at least

How does it do us a favour by not sanction it. There not why he come on loan to us and then Smith deal well have problems and we loes hm and we have no one. I thought the League had no dealing with the prem.
