At £30,000 per week ? I sincerely hope not.Originally posted by Rebel R's View PostBring in Kitson and Roberts NOW,dont wait any longer as we will lose out,we are top of the league so would be attractive to both and NW wants 2 quality strikers,so why wait any longer, just get them in this week, you dont see Bristol C or Cardiff or Ipswich waiting and waiting, why are we,BRING THEM IN NOW
IF, they agree to sensible salaries and can demonstrate their commitment to the cause during a loan spell to ensure that they are up to our standards, then they may well be worth considering.

How would you know Varney is a monkey (if indeed he is coming).Originally posted by Rebel R's View PostPay the cash you get quality(eg Bellamy),in our case Roberts and Kitson, pay peanuts and you get monkeys(Clarke and Varney)
You said the same, i believe, about Derry, Hill and possibly Mackie.
I admit would prefer Roberts and Kitson, BUT its not not right to #### a player off and be so dogmatic about it intil he's shown what can be done in a Rangers shirt as Derry and Hill have so far proved.
Hypothetical anyway until and if Varney comes.

they would both start with roberts for helguson and kitson taking the place of mackie or hogan.Originally posted by paulmason View PostCant see us getting two top strikers, as we seem to only be playing one up front, which allows Taarabt to do what he does, so if we got Kitson or Roberts, which one would sit on the bench and why would they drop a division to do that.

I cant see Kitson and Roberts tracking back like Hogan or Mackie does, which allows Taarabt to do what he does. Warnock is playing a system to suit Taarabt, not the strikers and could be a reason we have missed out on intended targets.Originally posted by G.T.P View Postthey would both start with roberts for helguson and kitson taking the place of mackie or hogan.
Taarabt has to play and all we need is a fox in the box to finish the bundle of chances he and others are creating.Last edited by paulmason; 23-08-2010, 05:40 PM.

we wont get both, both arent needed. but hypothetically speaking, if they did both come, what i have said is the thing that would have to happen. cos neither would come to get splinters in their ####.
kitson wouldnt track back so whoever out of hogan and mackie who didnt get dropped would have to play more defensivley.

I never said that Mackie was shite(or a monkey),but after only 3 games im not going to change my opinion on Derry yet,but so far so good with him,but Clarke,i will never change my opinion, and neither will i on Varney, who i fear will be coming.ANYWAY,Christ almighty oh long does it take to get a decent striker in,i our case it appears,YEARS!,sorry forgot about Hill, dito with what i said about DerryOriginally posted by twranger View PostHow would you know Varney is a monkey (if indeed he is coming).
