Yeah surely that meant priced out of a permanent deal.

Season long loan is better than a permanent deal anyway though I it might mean we'll end up covering 100% of his wages if he does come.

A loan is when you share the costs, normally around 50-50, though that can change depending on the two clubs agreement. If it is 60-40 or 70-30 the prem club pays the larger pecentage

Thanks for clearing that up Pete...I don't think any of us knew exactly what a loan deal was, or what the implications were.

i really can't see blackburn letting him go on loan. they'll want rid of him permenantly if they want rid of him at all.
