    NW Press Conference

    Wants a loan striker hopefully by Sat. Bids for 2 others, but will take longer.
    Would like a couple of young midfielders, says Rowlands only player to push for 1st team. Says we are well short in strength in depth.

          We need a centre half just as much as 2 strikers, Connolly, Ramage and Hall all not good enough to partner Gorkss.

                      Connolly should definitely partner Gorkss. Hall not good enough. Ramage not bad No.2. Why make Hall club captain? Really?

                          Connolly is not good enough either, one of the most over rated players at the club I have ever known....tell me how did Connolly perform tonight because I have heard from 3 people on the phone now that he was shocking.

                              That's for sure.
                              Having said that, I'd give Ramage a few games partnering Gorkks.
                              Hall wasn't brilliant tonight, but Connolly was God awful.

                                  When he finish's his suspention, prefer Ramage to connolly, prehaps connolly may be suited more to defensive midfield cover.

                                      Most over rated goes to Stewart, by a country mile. I heard Connolly was dire tonight, but I rate him. Definite potential there.

                                          Connolly tonight was terrible,way off the pace and positioning was crap,probably Ephraim was the worst player,i do not get it with people rating him, Got to say also young Parker is not ready and Clarke looks worse than Agymang and Vine

                                              Connolly done okay and doesn't deserve to be singled out, at leats run with the ball and played a great ball to Parker who should have scored at 0-0.

                                              I'd be more worried about the Hall, Leigterwood (who was shocking tonight) and lack of any movement up front

                                                      Stewarts never been over rated Benny dunno where you get that from?

                                                      Stewart is an average Championship defender, Connolly, Ramage & Hall are all below average......Gorkss is good.
