What simpson is going for apparently.
Worth it? Im not sure, he just lacks that something for me, but does grab the goals and has to be better than what we got.
    Any news?

Well that is the going rate today i'm afraid, any striker that can score you 10 goals is around £1.5m+

There isn't that many players around that can do that which is why the price is inflated.

Is Simpson worth £1.2m? Yes, in fact thats a bargain.

If Palace are apparently going for him (as they say), not a good buy, and no loss if we don't get him if we get in the players mentioned so far.

      NPower Champions 2010/2011

PREMIER LEAGUE 2011 - ETERNITY (Oh well got that wrong, we'll be back though)

the fee is rising up to £1.2M, so the intial outlay will be less. He scored 12 league goals last season, but only joined in September.

Chopra is valued at £3M, but didn't score twice as many as Simpson.

Too true. QPR's current strikers will not score many goals this season and probably less than Simpson did last season.
