I blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley Bowles

I don't doubt that for a minute, and why wouldn't he?

I just don't see Fulham offering him the job. I'm a big fan of NW's, but Fulham should be aiming much higher.

Fulham fans would be mortified if Warnock took over.

So warnock is on 15k, three and a half year contract.

15k a week is 60k a month. 60k a month is 720k a year. Warnock has 3 years left on his contract so that is 2.16 million. I would be gutted if we only got 2.16 million for him

Quote (from a palace fan on 606 ...

A colleague is a Fulham season ticket holder, and his sister works in their (Fulham's) communications department. He said there is a strong rumour that Warnock is being lined up as Hodgson's replacement? His sister apparently backed it up as well saying lots of people are talking about it "in the office".

There is a strong rumour that Warnock is/was not happy about not signing Ambrose and other transfer targets.

Remember that picture of him looking really hacked off last week with GP in Italy ?

He wouldnt leave us now. Not for Foolham.

All that hard work and prep for nothing? No chance!

Ambrose is a tool, a one season wonder showing some loyalty to a club who where he is hero worshipped. A club where he had his best ever season for goals, a club where he is a big fish in a puddle of p!ss.

We dont need him. Wants to keep his current house and his kids in school. Nothing to do with us missing out on him. More to do with Palarse being saved.

Other irons in the fire and all that.

                              In Warnock we trust!

If we seal deals for Mcanuff, Taraabt, Kitson, Spurr - We WILL be there or thereabouts....
