God i hope that's paper talk and just a load of rubbish... I'm a very optimistic person but 2.5 mill for him would be a joke and waste of money... We could get hooper for that money and maybe even someone like roberts....
Walters is a ok good player but 2.5 mill I would not like to see us spend that type of money on a player like him....

Walters isn't a striker in my book. He is another Ambrose type player. At best he is on the right of a three man attack but he is not a typical number 9.

Walters is a very good player. Someone I've wanted for years, but £2.5m as a striker? Not really in my book. Still, a good acquisition if we sign him though.
