Shame to hear he's injured again, we need to try and get him fit long enough to sell, unfortunately he is finished at this level imo!

he used to come in my box (no homo) with a couple of other players after the games and we used to go out up west and we just cracked on after that.
hes split up with that scouse missus now daz mate, hes with some other bird from brighton tho, just had a baby with her.
ive just this second come off the phone to him funny enuff, he aint got a club or nothing at the moment, wycombe couldnt afford to keep him. so hes up shite creek as they say.

          Fnarr Fnarr

Wish him the best from me mate.

Very under rated player who, IMO, never got a fair crack of the whip when Cook was around. Think you had to be QPR fans to get in the team back then....

ive been out with him on untold all nighters and he still never touches a drop of anything alcholic or illegal.
really dont know what happened to him, was so talented but he never reached his true potential that he only showed in flashes.
also ollie didnt like him either which never helped, and is also why im really suprised hes thinking of giving his best pal jeffers another chance at the big time. (he lived at frannys gaff when he was at arsenal and macca was with us)
not insinuating that he was on the drink or drugs. was just suggesting coming from home to london at a young age maybe threw him abit.

i liked macca as a player alot and felt like being a youngster at the time him coming from 'home' to the london city was quite a big move for him. ollie was a good manager but didnt really take players under his wing.. like warnock does with the youth team.

when he first signed for us on loan me and my oldman saw his debut and he was electric. but once cookie was signed that was it. QPR fan and mcleod never got an eye in. shame really.
Soldier: "im on reconnaissance sir.. im looking for our camouflage expert.. have you seen him?"
            Lovejoy: "No?!"
Soldier: "GOD DAMNIT THAT GUYS GOOD!"

If you use to have a box then you'll probably know or would have seen me kicking about back then

Macca knows my old man and my uncle really well through QPR. Was gutted when he left as he was a real character. A top bloke off the field.

QPR's Cook to miss season start

Lee Cook is ruled out of the opening few months of the season because of a knee problem.

It's long long ago Cookie was on fire, I've almost forgotten.
No room for sentiment in football.
Don't think we will see him in a hooped shirt again

With Cook out maybe we should go after Olivier Kapo who has just been released by Wigan. Can play on the left hand side to compete with Mackie and has experience to boot.
