Just glad it's not De Canio - would have been a disaster.

Me 2 either 1 would be excactly what this team needs. Coppell 1 and curbs 2 but for this club 2 move forward either would be ideal.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Can't see it being Coppell. He said he wants to quit football altogether after 25 years of management.

Would take Curbishley of the currently available or O'Driscoll of the 'currently employed but stealable' managers.

yer heard Coppell say he was finished with management in an interview. Shame cos he would do the business for us. Maybe Flab can tempt him with a huge wad. Hope so!

I dunno I still think Pardew or Curbs would be ok. At least things are still on the go - Id got to the point where I thought no one wanted to manage us!!!!

Of the names mentioned on this thread my order of preference would be:

                            1) Coppell
                            2) Martinez
                            3) Curbs
                            4) Pardew
                            5) Jones

Would accept and give full backing to any of these.

Unbelievably crap post. The blokes life was turned upside-down by the allegations.
I know it was a joke - chill-out and all that...but this guys life was turned upside by what happened. And it was all total rubbish.

But still some make jokes about him being a paedophile! Are there any sacred lines any more?
