Totally disagree with the poster, Neil Warnock for one would not have come to the club with a behind the scenes inout from Flavio. Yes, he is still at the club but Amit is very much in charge. Okay, they are not spending millions but we are a pretty small club in the context on the rest of the championship/ we have a wage cap and I'm sure its the faith in the manager that takes priority

When SM interviewed Paladini he refused to say what the change was when Flavio took a back seat. Says it all really.

It's probably worth £100m to have one season in the Prem and three years parachute money. Flavio might be a bully but he's no mug.

Reality is The Mittals have overall majority, we can't keep blaming other people and assume Flavio is still in charge because we haven't got the players we want.

I've listened to a number of championship managers who have said nothing really happens for another week, like for example Roy Keane and George Burley, so be patient.
