For what little it's worth there's no mention of him here. So unless Wolves come in then who are the more attractive options than us? (And yes I realise we may not have even put in a bid.)

Hooper did appear in Egham's list of Warnock targets, but then so did ten or so others and we haven't signed a single one of them yet (but for the benefit of GTP and others we have of course signed lots of other fine players who are even better, or somethng....).

spending one million pounds on the most safest postition we have cover for and dont need to sign anyone for, on the park, tells EVERYONE whos got an inch of trust and faith that we are going to break the bank on the midfield and star striker spot.

didn't foerst sign a shed load of strikers last season, doubt boro buying boyd will stop them buying more.
