cook, vine and helgusson are on your list. if they were all injury free, fit and with a good pre-season behind them, they'd be worth keeping. it's all about the squad. those three players at the top of their game could even get in the first 11 as it stands. a lot of people have the arS>e ache with helgusson because he hasn't performed at rangers. likewise with vine and cook, but because they aren't the same players they were after their injuries. there's a lot of ifs there but IF they could bounce back they're all quality players. the rest on your list i agree with, they're sh:itehouse.

edit: can't remember if mahon was on your list but if he was i'd probably keep him as a squad player.

If we sell 7k ST this year and everyone renews the club give away approx £385 000.00. The increase in match day prices would cover this in two games easy.
