Think W12 is right that if we replace him with someone good this is neither shocking nor upsetting. But you also have to say that MYU was speculating the other day that the board might for the second close season running actually make money on transfers and with Dex, Camp and now apparently Delaney going that is not entirely fanciful.

We definatley need to get rid of delaney and bring in some quality

Id like to see him play in his preferred position at CB but i cant see him getting in ahead of Connolly and Stewart (unless this season was a flash in the pan for Stewart and he goes back to his usual standard next year)

My view on Delaney has changed. Think he is a strong character and won't take prisoners.

He was good under De canio;D when more attacking but Sousa never got the best out of him.
