Hope this doesn't mean we are going for a cheap replacement in this forest left back who might turn out to be absolutely wonderful but, from the look of Sir Pie's stats was struggling to get into Forest's team so can't see him setting the world alight for us. Does this mean the Spurr deal is on?

Spot on Neo. We even sound very negative on this message board when we sell our shite players. Ok we may not replace him with quality and I see Spurr as that man BUT whoever we bring in doesn't really have to have a great season because an average season will be better than Delaney. My last game was against Norwich on the pouring rain. That was it for me I just could not take anymore. That was a decision made by a season ticket holder so I didn't even go to the remainder for free. I let my brother use it for the plymouth game which was a lovely 0-0. I won't be renewing my season ticket but Delaney was woeful in that match. 1 guy shouted out to remind he was useless and if looks could kill that supporter would be dead but on that night the supporter couldn't have been more honest. So when we talk about losing Delaney I think that is good news for QPR as I want a shake up and Delaney is a player that needs to go.

Am I the only one who still thinks delaney is a fairly useful squad player? the fact he played very well last season was because he had to prove himself to the fans. This season he appeared to be in a comfort zone of sorts as he was the only recognisable left back at the club. Now im not saying that we shouldn't buy a LB as we are ok with delaney but I beleive the addition of another good LB such as Dan Fox or Tommy Spurr would see DD recapture the form of last year, as he would be forced to 'up his game'. Thoughts?
