I don't think its a case that we are not looking good at the moment, its more a case that we aren't that good and well to be honest haven't really ever been.

How many players do we have in the squad who are trully world class, I can count 2 definates in Rooney & A.Cole and possibly Lampard / Gerrard but even those 2 I'm doubtful about as well on the biggest stage.

For a country with the supposed best league in the world we are pretty much an embarrassment at the highest level.
