Mr Playboy has resurfaced. One Lee Camp... I wonder how well he plays this season. Lets have another debate about him after this season. He's had his 1st season there now, his best one. This season he'll ruffle the feathers, his old man will make out like he's god's gift, he'll get dropped, sulk, cause problems and will be looking for a different club come the end of 2010-2011 season.

        Heres hoping
        Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
        And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Dazzer, you're on. As I have always maintained, Camp is going to get better and Cerny will get worse. So, as they were on an even footing to start with, the younger man should have been given HIS No. 1 shirt back and the old man wait for his opportunity. But, the club decided to freeze Camp out, thereby pee-ing him off unnecessarily in my view. If he'd been kept as No.1, then lost his place either through injury or form, I suspect he would have behaved differently from the way he did. I don't blame him; Runner Up in Player of the Season to No. 2 'keeper on Briatore's say so.

Camp will maintain or improve his form next year. He is still young and will only get better. If Forest do well and treat him with respect then there will be no reason for him to cause problems.

          Post back next season...

Good idea about posting back next season,

I remember fans slating Camp towards the end.I think fans at this club would slate Joe hart or Green if we signed them.

For the record, i liked Camp, but ive moved on*bit like Blackstock - as i was big fan of his)Can't keep dwelling on past nd towards end of last season when cerny came back to replace Ikeme(with warnock) he did well.

Trouble is, if we had the team that the fans preferred, think we would be in the 100's by now of first team players...

We will never all agree 100% as my number 1 remains Heaton

agree that lewis is overrated. if we want a young english keeper we'd be better off looking at the likes of

                    scott loach - watford
                    fraser forster - newcastle
                    alex smithies - huddersfield

All decent but Heaton is still only 24 and better than all of them - honestly I'm not trying to start a campaign here

We should try and sign Boyd from the Posh aswell.
