"It's not a case of the Board telling me: 'You have this amount of money to spend.' That's not how it is going to work. I am going to be sensible - but I also plan to be constructive," he said.

"Every time a target becomes available who I believe we can get, I will speak with Ishan (Saksena) and Amit (Bhatia). Obviously financial aspects will come into it.

"They are both very supportive. As long as I am not unrealistic, I believe I can get the people in that we need to take us where we want to go.

"The fans have got to trust me in the transfer window. We need a few players. I don't intend to have too many loan players. I believe a player needs to have a relationship with the Club. I want it to hurt people when we don't do well.

"I can see between five and seven new players coming in."

    .................................................. ......

I think people need to just go with this, and trust the bloke 100%.
There's no other choice, and we all wanted a manager to call the shots... well we have that now.
It's not all about goal stats and technical abilty in this league. It's about a team. And that includes attitude, spirit and commitment.

Clint Hill is a perfect example of that. Warnock knows what he's all about. he knows what he brings to a squad, and what his weaknesses are too.

    Just trust the bloke.
Rather than some unqualified Italians, who seemed to randomly bring players in, just because they had contacts, players were available, and used to be "half decent".

He's openly asked for trust here, and he has it from me. 100%.

Nothing new in that article really and that includes no mention of working with Paladini to bring signings in.

          does it matter?
if we go up next season are you really going to give a toss whether or not paladini had any say in the transfers?

he clearly wants to address the number of loaness at the club and has articulated why - that is good. One thing you can say about NW, love him or hate him, he does talk straight.

I trust Neil Warnock implicitly, the best manager we've had at the helm for bleedin' years.

So he'll work closely with Amit and Ishan to secure new signings. Can someone please tell me why we're still employing that clown Paladini please. Thought paladini's job was to secure transfers.

I wouldn't know what aspect of contracts he will help in, could be any number of things. Length, figures etc.
