3,500 is a very positive figure considering we are only the 7th May, still another days before the early bird expires. I am still to do mine and my daughters, I know another 5 or 6 who are renewing but haven't yet.
However I still think 9,000 is optimistic unless we make a big name (for the Championship) singing!

I can't see how that is relevant.Originally posted by paulmason View PostI cant see anything much happening until the 17th until they know how many people have signed up as ST sales will dictate who comes and goes.
5000 ST @ say £500= £2,500,000
9000 ST @ say £500= £4,500,000
so £2M is not really going to influence the board, is it ?
They really need to show their hand first.

You have to remember a lot of people get paid at the end of the month so i can see tomorrow a lot of STs being sold also next weekend being the last one before the end of the early bird deal, plus not forgetting there will also be the ones who will want to wait until the last moment.Originally posted by larkspur_hoop View Post3,500 is a very positive figure considering we are only the 7th May, still another days before the early bird expires. I reckon about another 1000 by the 18th. Although some people have a bottomless pit and won't worry about the EBD.Queens Park Rangers
NPower Champions 2010/2011
PREMIER LEAGUE 2011 - ETERNITY (Oh well got that wrong, we'll be back though)

It is certainly more positive than last season, and I agree, 9,000 is optimistic, unless QPR make some good signings for the CCC. I feel that QPR will need to make about 3 -5 impressive signings that include a good goalscorer and fullbacks.Originally posted by larkspur_hoop View Post3,500 is a very positive figure considering we are only the 7th May, still another days before the early bird expires. I think you can easily add another couple of thousand before the early bird expires. It would be typical of fans to hold out till the very last minute, I don't know anyone who has actually renewed yet.Originally posted by 80sCasual View PostYou have to remember a lot of people get paid at the end of the month so i can see tomorrow a lot of STs being sold also next weekend being the last one before the end of the early bird deal, plus not forgetting there will also be the ones who will want to wait until the last moment.
