If true that west ham want him aswell and he's an essex lad (probably supports them), guess it's over then.

Hooper is not good enough for the Premier League, sorry he is decent but I think some people are getting a little carried away here.

He'll go to the premiership IMO.

I'm sure that the fact we are "The SuperHoops" will have a bearing on the outcome of this one.

wolves are the problem imo, can offer players like surman on loan

This is the exact reason we should have done this in Jan, or even last summer. We've got shocking tactics in the transfer market. Not the 1st time our reluctance to gamble has come to haunt.

I think he has scored 6 in the last 3 games taking his tally to 19 for the season. In all fairness 3 games where the outcome was meaningless for the opposition. Hooper has done well to dig S****horpe out of a relegation dogfight and should take the adulation not taken that away from him. He would be a fine signing for us next season but lets make no mistake this lad is Championship class not Premier League.

I can't see why the likes of Wolves, Blackburn or Wigan would invest in a CCC striker when the reality is they will be relegation fodder again next season. With the WC this summer PL managers will be turning their attention to these players and highly doubtful to be comitting themsleves to signing someone like Hooper early doors in the transfer window.

The lad Cresswell at Sheffield Utd may be a bit of value?

If he want's to come back south we might stand a chance. If he goes to a Prem Club he will probably get splinters.
