Have cake and eat it too!
you do realise that our owner is the fourth richest man in the world dont you? of course i want my cake and eat it too.....got to buy our way out of this league and better get buying this summer or we in for another season of **** just like this one. Once we are in the prem he can recoup his money and it turns into a good bit of business.....30 million and we are out of this league (even clubs that get relegated next year get a payment of more than that)

Although he post is a bit too black and white, you can see what he is saying.

What about Wigan, Fulham, Stoke, and Wolves. All got there by not spending a lot, all around the same size as us. Some ambition goes a long way. Fulham spent, now reaping the rewards. Do it properly and it works.

Wolves are a massive club. Fulham have crippling debts - mostly secured against the ground - MAF has been trying to get shot for 18 months (including hiring one of the Red Knights to facilitate a sale) as the club is bleeding him dry. If they ever get relegated they're shafted big time.

People forked out on the PROMISE we would get a better quality of player, if you want I will get you a link where the club explained that the increased prices are needed to pay for them.

On the basis nothing happened, people are rightly saying sod you until they see what's happening. Once bitten, twice shy me thinks.

Wolves arent massive, big for CCC, small for Prem.

I agree..but generally if you pay peanuts you get monkeys, alot of the glamour and false promises left with the orange one...we seem to be taking a different more practical path..i for one hope that we aren't linked to any aging internationals etc. We as fans have to back this new approach, the club have admitted to making mistakes over the last couple of years.. we now need to draw a line..move on and become a proper club again run by proper people for proper fans!

Agreed and when they show things are different, I am sure they will sell more ST's.

they have to prove it first..not many fans will take the club at its word anymore. Not the current boards fault

                        They are a huge club.
Biggest in the Midlands, along with Villa.

Biggest in the whole country for many years, still have a massive fanbase... if they had the team to match.

Nope - they're a massive club. Underacheived for decades. A little bit of sustained success would easily put them in the same bracket as Villa, Spurs, Everton etc.

Chicken and Egg! maybe the fans could show their Faith in the new (ish) regime by buying season tickets rather than sitting back with arms folded saying prove it to us first! just a thought

Jesus christ people, calm down, this season isn't even over yet!

i'll renew on the 14th, or whenever the last day of the early bird expires. why would i want to renew and give my money over a day before i have to?
