But all this can't be a secret can it? If Lotto have gone someone would have announced they were the new brand surely????? Brands that win these contracts don't tend to be shy about publicising the fact. The developed practise now (and the firesale in the club shop tends to suggest it is happening again) is for the team to wear next year's kit at the last home game of the season. I admit I was expecting to see it there. Are we really sure we've parted company with Lotto? I have my doubts.

I've heard there may have already been a few legal problems with regard to Newcastle's deal with PUMA being leaked earlier than contractually agreed.

OK. Can see that. Though they are much better at keeping secrets than usual at Rangers! So possibly a German brand (adidas) for that kind of efficiency. Or a Sth Korean snide one that are just scared.

We still getting the new kit aired against Newcastle you think? It would not seem to make much sense launching it in middkle of a World Cup summer and there aint a lot of time after till the season starts.

Personally I don't mourn the passing of Lotto for reasons others have said but I remain surprised they'd bail. So I assume if they have gone it is the new broom team in the Board Room clearing decks and putting some clear water twixt them and the old regime with this symbolic change. A bit dangerous that is if you ask me. Fans always very conservative about their teams shirts. High risk unless they go retro. I'm no fashionista and I don't wear replicas (got a few mind) but the boy has them all every year (which has meant 4 this year alone!). So no matter what happens god save us from the likes of the Spurs and Everton and Newkie away shirts this year.
