Club have been offered to new site for training ground

Good location along the A40, yesterday reps from the club met with sellers, not sure if it meets the clubs requirements, negotiations are at the early stages if anything.

Not as far as Hillingdon a bit closer to home, Nodge and Kingo are barking up the right tree I think.

Club apparently looked around the Park Club in Acton so sound like they are moving closer to home.

How long would it take to set up new facilities, a month?

Depends what they want to do with it and whether anything requires planning permission (changing facilities, groundsman's sheds, offices etc)

Spurs new academy facility is now 3 years down the line and still doesn't have any permanent buildings on it.

Sounds promising. Really want a training facility that is ours.
First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

If we want an Academy we have to have indoor football as well..

Good site, but is it big enough? You'd only get the one full size pitch there wouldn't you?

Only played there once, was a nice place to be honest. They got the little stadium then a bit of land around it.

There was a sports complex just over the northolt wembly border, at the back of the wood end estate, when i lived in wood end, the complex was very run down but had a lot of land if i rember, but dont know if its availiable.
