Hooper is from Essex so he is unlikely to want to stay up North indefinitely.

Yes he is from Essex and after two years up north, will almost certainly want to come back. Also, as Hull look likely to get relegated,he wont want to join them.

I agree, Wolves should be looking at buying a striker with a better record than scoring in the Football League, if they are seriously going to try and stay in the Prem League next season. They should be targeting someone like Eduardo, if Arsenal want to sell or Carlton Cole if West Ham get relegated (whether they would join them is another matter).
