    Set pieces

good to see that QPR have scored from two free kicks in Warnock's two games.

Perhaps we will even see QPR scoring from corners on a regular basis. Maybe they will even do so at Sheff U on Saturday.

been sniffing around their boards today... they are so down at the moment.

General consensus is that Warnocks going to do them.

well it's about time we took a leaf out of prem style free kicks. generally the theory is to whip them in aiming short, but just inside the far post where the slightest touch or sometimes no touch results in a goal.

I did think both goals were a bit soft to concede but looking at the wider picture our deliveries into the box from Corners/Set Pieces/Crosses have certainly gone up a notch since NW took charge.

We are such a different side now that Taarabt has learnt how to pass, all we need is to start putting away some of the chances we are creating, could have been double figures the other night.

Not sure about double figures, but, Simpson could, and should, have had at least two.
