      Southampton are willing to sell Nathan Dyer for around £300k, in which case I think McGoldrick would cost a similar fee.

      Yes, I would try and sign him.

      Blackstock is likely to go if Forest stay up (likely), and the £2M fee would help QPR with new strikers. QPR would still need a better striker than McGoldrick for the starting 11, but he would be a decent option to have on the bench and better than either than the sitter missing, injury prone Helgusson or Agyemang.
