We seem to have a lot of players who are afraid to shoot from outside the box. Aside from vale no one else wants to have a crack. Madsen seems to want to side foot everything. Surely we have a few lads who have a dig on them?? Kolli does but is never getting a call up from this coach.

4% of shots outside box result in goal. 15% of shots inside box result in goal.

Vale has taken 17 shots for no goals. Burrell 12 shots for two goals.

We need more crosses and passes into box, create chances in penalty area.

It would be nice if Vale could strike the ball more centrally rather than at the bottom and skying it. Why these pro players cant avoid sending the ball way over the bar is beyond me.
