Smyth isnt in the 10 role. Its cos lamptey has pushed so high up the pitch that smyth tucked inside. But the game is completely passing him by. Unfortunately we dont have a better option on the bench..this first 11 is the best we have available tonight.

If Smyth isn’t playing out wide and he’s tucking inside then I don’t know how you can say it’s not in the 10 role..

It’s a big call to say Smyth is our best option up front when the likes of Alemeyu, Scarlett and Obikwu are on the bench.

No idea I know Poku had a knock as for saito dunno why he’s not in squad

What a steaming turd of a game! It's 75% down to Charlton's anti-football approach of just sitting there twiddling their thumbs but we were one-dimensional and useless in the final third. Two 0-0's we've now had against probably bottom 6 teams who found it all too easy to nullify our toothless/witless "attack".

Obikwu came on and didnt seem to do anything other than wander around. Hate a sub who comes on and can't be arsed to make an impact. Scarlett got himself in the game. Obikwu just stood out on the left and offered nothing. We are missing a real threat up top. Issak should have got a run out as cant see kamara and nico starting again on sat. Pls get kolli back in the squad. Why pay his wages if we won't play him????

We were not brave enough when we controlled the game. A big targetplayer like Kone if he was in form would have been perfect.
