Do you think he is being left out due to getting close to trigger another years contract he has played a lot of games this season or it’s a genuine case of being rested.

Doubt contract extension has another option on it.
My guess, three years ago, he wanted more money, contract extension was alternative. -
JS said for the Hull game he was being rested. He's played a lot lately but its the right decision now Ronnie has got up to speed and Mbengue has returned.
Hes in his years option now. He'll probably leave in the summer as hes rumoured to be on £30k a week. He's been great for us though.Comment
