    Morgan today

How do you think he played those near me said out of his depth gave ball away more often than not, should he be inside to start, we played ok first half but Morgan was a liability.

Terrible. Total passenger, not at the races at all. I was staggered when he wasn't hooked at half-time and became increasingly irate at each passing minute he remained on the pitch in the 2nd half.

He's young, has plenty of potential but I'd suggest a loan to L1/L2 where he can sharpen up his play and get ready for a step-up to Championship next season.

At least he was trying to play forward - he was ok - better than back pass varane in terms of of playing towards the opposition goal. More energy in terms of pressing but he is young and it was interesting to see how much madsen was directing him

Wasn't at the races at all , gave the ball away a lot.
Think he lacks concentration and stamina ....
But he's all we've got at the moment...
Not as good as varane or Hayden and shouldn't start before then .

Your concentration point nails it I think. He wasn't reading the Wrexham movement at all, hence his passes were invariably getting intercepted. Is all well and good wanting to play a forward ball but if there is nobody available to receive it there has to be a sideways or backwards pass instead. Just giving the ball away repeatedly was a key part of what allowed Wrexham to winkle their way back into the game after their sluggish start.

Yes he gave the ball away a few times but we’re going to have to accept the promising young players will do that and I’d rather blood some of the younger guys over the rest of the season than not. It’ll benefit us in the long run. Morgan has played in several positions so not sure which is best for him yet but he is positive player and I like that.
