    Good goal, but lucky.
Despite that, his mobility, pace and movement are a big problem. Often jogging around and trying to do things that is not possible, often standing still when he tried to pass a defender.
You Sir have to wake up and start to run more and play more direct and simple.

Have to agree as mentioned on other thread would love to see Burrell and Kolli in a 4-4-2,

          Keeper
          Walsh (based on yesterday)

          Back 4
          Mad Max
          Dunne
          Edwards
          RND

          2DM
Madson + 1 (not much to choose between the available options - my pick Morgan he ALWAYS looks to go forward)

          2 Wide
any 2 of 5 all about the same

          2 up front
          Burrell
          Kolli

I think that’s a team that will get you close to playoffs, at least in with a shout with 3 games to go (that’s my definition os success for the last 10 years)

The goal he scored away at Wrexham show’s his potential, he has to get as fit as possible and match Burill.

Got plenty of potential but does look over weight

Went yesterday v hammers and mates who are whu impressed with kolli better touch and stronger on the ball and have to be honest we missed Burrell and id like to see more of kolli Burrell partnership

in Kone defence he does look the more natural finisher of the 3 but playing deeper for for Burrell

I'm more than content with Kone. I don't question his fitness and he uses his heft brilliantly to stay on his feet and hold the ball up when getting leaned on by CBs. Top players have big enormous backsides - it's scientifically proven.

He really does look overweight and sluggish, my Sister who saw him live for first time this season Saturday even commented on it to me during the game.

However, for me he does offer a lot more potential than Armstrong being a similar age. He does offer so much more than Frey and Celar, and looks more likely to score than Dykes ever did. And remember he has only been playing professional football for 2 years, bit of personal development with Kevin Betsy over next year or two and I think he has potential to score a lot of goals in this division.

Haha, wonder if Nourry has an ass size on his player spreadsheet?

I don't think a player has to run around, put a shift in, graft to be contributing.

Thierry Henry is one of the best strikers of all time and he barely ran, difference is he knew when to run and when not to make space.

Kone however is not Thierry Henry. The main thing I have a problem with is that he does not create space or opportunity, he's waiting for the team to serve him.

The lad needs to use his head more if he doesn't want to use his legs as much as everyone else. I do agree that he's the most laboured, especially when we are not in possession.

Feel he is a really good player and works very hard off the ball, which perhaps has taken the edge off his goal scoring . Burrell had reduced the level of running he did before injury as well. Agree kolli looked lively but he’s fresh. Mbengue also struggles with playing 90 but he runs a lot of sprints as well. Thought madsen has recovered some puff after a week with no midweek game. Need our experts fitness gurus to help sort them out but such improvements on last season!

So I guess Kone could turn out to be a great ass-et.

After a most frustrating 1-1 home draw against Sheff. Wed. in April 2010, Neil Warnock said we lacked a physical presence up front and it was a high priority to rectify the situation. Reading between the lines I don't think he meant acquiring a tall skinny rake who could easily be knocked off the ball, but rather someone with a build and centre of gravity that would usually preclude that possibility.
