Very sad news and hope he makes a full recovery.

I have to say, I thought recently how weighty he is since his playing days. A very stocky guy for someone so short.

Im also in the same bracket and trying to get down from 16.5 st to 12.5 st. Im around the 14st 10lbs at the moment without these jabs. Just healthier eating and 4 mile walk five times a week. Without doing this I could see myself suffering the same fate as Andy.

Hopefully he's on the milder scale of things and a brief period on meds like beta blockers and blood thinners will get him fully fit again. Beyond that, a few lifestyle adjustments and we'll have Mr. Ambassador back doing his thing.
Good thing he wasnt at Cov yesterday though.... additional stress and anger could have tipped the balance the wrong way.

I was in hospital fighting for my life a couple of years ago, got a nice letter from Andy at the time. I shall of course send a card to him tomoz.
