Don’t know about anyone else but I’m still distraught and shell shocked after yesterday.

If you could ‘divorce’ your team - I would

It always seems to be us. Look at Sheff W, after everything they’ve been through, they produce a performance and get a decent result with barely 15/16 players to choose from.

We have nothing, can’t think of one good thing either the team, squad, management team. Anything!

Players with promise who join us either turn rubbish overnight or are unfit.

    Injure after injury too.

A manager who comes across as gormless and a yes man. May not be the case but that’s how it seems.

Is more players the answer - maybe but we need some experience without a shadow of a doubt.

Cooks legs have gone, Dunne is unfit and slow, Chair ‘injured’. Field has been awful.

Paal, Fox and Colback all gone

It all feels a big mess

Feel exactly the same as you, totally distraught.

And you have made a very valid point about Sheff Wed, yes they only have 15/16 players but they are Championship players, we barely have half that and instead have 15/16 development players and there lies the problem.

Unless we sign 3-4 strong Championship players before the deadline then I think we will be rock bottom come the next transfer window.

Good point about championship experience in their team,

They had Horvath, Iorfa, Bannan, Lowe, Ugbo, Palmer and Valery all start. I’d take all 7 of those in our 1st 11.

Understand the strategy of buying youth but they need to be good enough if we’re thinking of putting them in the 1st team and unfortunately most of them if not all aren’t good enough/ready!

Feel like the rest of you but still early days. I know that doesn't cut much ice but not at all impossible we could turn this around. But it won't happen without some big decisions. If you want a positive, I thought Kone looked a proper CF. "The Project" is a major part of current issues.
No problem with the idea behind such a project but you need a solid base/framework and we don't seem to have realised that. That's unforgivable.

I advise anyone that can , look the goals we gave away yesterday on you tube or wherever, the total lack of effort from some of them on the pitch.
Dembele for the 3rd goal ( I think). Couldn't be bothered to try and get the ball back when easily losing it .

Totally agree mate, it’s the lack of effort and fight that’s concerning. They all look fed up, even in the training videos they look miserable.

              Things aren’t right for sure

Sums it up perfectly. No spirit ,no aggression ,no fibre,no leadership. I’ve not mentioned quality or ability because if they had some of the former you could live with a lack in class. There can’t be a drop QPR blood in their veins to have given up like that yesterday. Disgraced themselves and the club. It was Coventry not Real Madrid. 7-1 going down fighting with a couple of red cards much preferable to 7-1 with the towel thrown in

Just remembered after we got thumped 7-1 by WBA a few seasons back it forced the board to bring in some experienced reinforcements which is exactly what we need now

Why on earth didn't Mbuengue start yesterday? He was the best player on the pitch against Preston. OK, he wasn't great at Watford, but played in his proper position, he looks solid.

As for Morgan's pass for their second...

Dunno what the shock is? This has been about 3yrs in the making. There are basic fundamentals that are not good enough but nobody has addressed them. I think the root of the problem is with Nourry and his effing spreadsheets. I don't see anything improving until he's booted out or his influence is seriously diluted. The manager should be able to pick players he wants and play formations he wants without having Nourry's "vision" getting in the way. No point sacking JS, Nourry will just install another patsy and yes man.

I know you say that ‘dunno what the shock is’ but to lose 7-1 is something else mate.

I get your point though about getting rid of Stephem
will just result in another ‘stats’ appointment!

We needed someone who gets league. There’s no way we would be in this position with Edwards, O’Neill or Nathan Jones in charge

Presumably, with a role as senior as CEO, Christian could only have been appointed by our owners. Would I be correct in thinking this? If so, disappointed that they didn't know more about things, than to appoint somebody so unsuitable for such a role. I think they need serious help from wise people.

Is Nourry the reason Walsh is our number 1 GK? He wants his value to increase maybe, if that's the plan, it isn't going all that well.

I feel the same, but don't worry it's just a touch of PTSD: Post Traumatic Scoreline Disorder.

Look on the positive side: we've got a feisty London derby against a newly promoted club incoming.
