Im seeing a lot of our young signings saying they signed for us because they can see other young players progressing to the first team. It's a massive draw for the up and coming ones, which may reap us huge transfer fees in the future, which we need.

These guys need to cut their teeth in competitive adult games and both cups are likely to be their introduction from now on. You can only really test two, maybe three in a team game and that trust will cone from how they stack up in cup games and loans.
