Haven’t watched it all but left feeling Nourry is a very clever guy and on the right track but a bit worried by the body language of the others whilst he was dominating the chat

Once again Christian Nourry came across very well, he answered all of the questions put to him, some more in-depth answers than others. He's clearly an excellent communicator, which makes it even more infuriating when he fails to divulge player information.
I liked the new manager, seemed fairly relaxed and had a sense of humour.

The young lady reading out the questions was very excitable.

If Im reading this right, we could buy a £2m player to put him in our academy, and sell him for our buying price and the whole transfer goes straight into that seasons income. Or, you buy an academy player, none of the outlay goes into PSR, just the whole sell on!!

Seems another fudge, just like selling a clubs women's team to a linked company brings the whole amount into the PSR budget.

No wonder we're buying young players!

Why are we always so late to the party?

EDIT: Any player signed under the age of 23yrs is regarded as an academy player. Thats why Nourry said we need to sell players by the age of 22yrs. So, a Prem team who sells them on will book them as pure profit for their First Eleven recruitment budget. Player Laundering!
