Yes we are, and nobody at the club seems to give a ####.Originally posted by Mem View Post100% going down - sorry guys slaughter me if you like but we’re hopeless
It's like they have accepted it. Just carry on pumping out the same garbage.
Where's the passion ?Where's the anger?
If we don't get somebody with experience in, to get a grip and a shape and tactics to these players, we're done for.

He really should've scored late on when he did that weak dink of a shot. I'm not gonna dig the lad out over it, he's young and learning.... BUT, if we throw him into this garbage set-up of ours it'll badly damage his confidence and development.Originally posted by Dono77 View PostWhy won't he give Lloyd a start..genuinely don't know why he keeps starting celar. Or play both together? What has he got to lose?
I agree he should be getting minutes but he can't be put in a position where we're looking to him to be the cavalry coming to dig us out of the shithole the 1st team has dug itself.

To be fair, it looked like it deflected off their goalies shoulder.Originally posted by Abseits View Post

The goalie "made himself big" as they say and saved it, albeit with his shoulder. I have no idea what shot selection Alfie made but it looked easier to score in my view. That said, given our main striker failed to get a spot kick anywhere near on target, maybe I'm badly underestimating how hard it is for a pro footballer to direct a ball into a 24' wide target....Originally posted by Fraggy View Post

I’m sure everyone on this site thinks the same. Trying to grab a morsel of hope every week it’s pathetic. Stoke were poor at best today and still we could only manage a fortunate draw. Marti has a part in our downfall but so do these players most who have been around for a while now. Bottom line is they are just not good enough.Originally posted by Mem View Post100% going down - sorry guys slaughter me if you like but we’re hopeless

I feel your pain sah. Easy for me to say that everything will be fine from my warm sofa and I know you have to stick with it but I want to repeat that line. Stick with it, Marti knows what he is doing. Terrible injury's to key player's yet I find myself nodding as he always picks the right team. He will drop celar and find a solution. We need to let him pick the striker to come in January and sack our recruitment team. All of them as they've failed and brought in too many players that aren't up to it.Originally posted by Hoopsah View PostTypical, first season in a while I get a season ticket and we haven't won a single game at home. So miserable.I played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

If we can keep the gap to six points going into the Jan window I think we'll be fine.
