      Good for him, one of football's characters. Most managers today are pretty dull and robotic like in comparison.

                  It looks like he's going to work with the existing backroom staff - he's managed Marcus Bignot already during their time together at QPR.

                          Olly had the knack of keeping me enthused and content despite the club enduring some turbulent times and poor form. He's steeped in the EFL and hopefully he'll use that vast experience to steady the Swindon ship. Best of luck to him.

                                          Can see him getting them out of trouble, great character and good luck to him.
                                          I played sunday league football today.

                                          Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

                                          I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

                                          We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

                                                      It's about psychology and superstition, and it's obvious how many players are these days with their rituals before stepping in the pitch.

                                                      Even if you get a few of them to buy in it's worth it.
