But why would he want to delete his account if its correct? Surely stay around to prove the doubters wrong.

Also posting this is a bit more serious than saying we are signing Danny Inngs.

I doubt the fine would be wiped due to to relegation, more like they put it on hold and start it again if we ever gain promotion.

Where does it state the debt would be wiped out foe ever, as suggested?

The owners are losing shed loads in operating costs every month and yet they default on a relatively small FFP fine (the fact that the fine is relatively small is scary coz it was huge) Why would they do that if you're gonna get an FFP execution anyway? Time will tell but I'm not a believer at this point in time.
I can't make sense of it either.

Yes. The idea the EFL just give up on pursuing the outstanding amount and simply apply a one-off points deduction to a team already falling out of the division is naïve if not daft.

I'd expect points deductions every year the debt is still behind the agreed repayment schedule plus additional interest lumped on top.

Football cannot allow a situation or precedent where guilty clubs try and weasel out of their punishments after things have quietened down.

Is there really any need for them to deduct points? We don`t have that many to be fair ...

Personally, I think the FA have been out to get us ever since the Faurlin affair.

Absolutely, that's why the whole suggestion doesn't make sense to me.

Time clubs take the FA to court, on the account that ffp rules are illegal, restricting clubs to progress and trade on a even basis with all clubs.
If the clubs get into debt the owners are liable to pay the debt, and not punish the club itself.
But the FA is run by idiot's that like to show their power instead of common sense.

Well said macca there is no ffp whilst City and others do as they please with Arab cash

Ffp can never be a level playing field when cost of living and wages differ around the country

As part of being granted mrmbership to the league you agree not to challenge the FA in court. If you want to go against that you risk being kicked out of the league, or you would need very deep pockets to cover the legal costs.

If all clubs take them to court don't think the FA would be kicking anyone out.

                              True.

But isnt FFP or Profit & Sustainability as I think its now called a UEFA thing that the FA are just following as told?

So we're signing Danny Ings and then going into admin chaz?
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!
