Mem good to have you back here!
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

At Norwich game Christopher Willock popped his head out and had a photo with some bird i blanked him
however young Paul Smyth was also nearby chatting to a husband and wife pair and at same time of blanking Willock i smiled at Smyth and went over and shook his hand

                  seemed a decent chap

james dunne and Alberto Adomah are the 2 i like best at QPR these days think Field is by far our best player but im also looking forward to seeing Begovic and Colback and Steve Cook play for us

season start hasnt been great but it does feel like were gonna be ok

so im willing to Give GA a chance but im not going to lie i would have sacked him end of last season and 100 per cent certainly would have sacked him after the 5-0 smashing by Oxford in that friendly

There's no need to mention JCS in any discussion about injuries or absenteeism - it's a given that he's unavailable and permanently sidelined. Got more chance of seeing Lord Lucan in our defence this season.

Any news on the injuries sustained at the weekend? Dykes, Willock, Armstrong and Field? I’m assuming Dunne is approx 3 weeks away from full fitness and Glass Salter will never be fit to play!

STEVEN Bala scored three as QPR’s Development Squad came out on top against Coventry City on Monday night.

Bala’s hat-trick and Nathan Jeche’s late strike secured a 4-2 win in their first home game of the season at Hanwell Town’s Powerday Stadium.

Meanwhile, Jake Clarke-Salter played 45 minutes as the defender made his first appearance since pre-season.

Clarke-Salter was the notable inclusion on the teamsheet before kick-off, returning from the injury he sustained during the R’s trip to Austria in mid-July.

Fellow first-teamers Joe Gubbins and Elijah Dixon-Bonner were also amongst the starting XI, as well as Alex Aoraha fresh from his senior debut in the Carabao Cup last week.

After an even start, Rangers broke the deadlock just after the half-hour mark; Bala’s goal-bound effort helped on its way by a deflection.

One became two eight minutes later. Bala again added the finishing touch, receiving from Harry Murphy before finding the back of the net.

Yes I saw that Glass Salter had played 45 mins, I’m more concerned with any news about the other 4 previously mentioned. Anyone ITK about the injuries to Dykes, Willock, Armstrong and Field? And if they are available for Sat?

I wasnt aware Willock was injured. He just did 45mins in his first appearance so theyre building up his match dat day fitness....?

I think Armstrong will always run himself into the ground in every game and go off with something. He needs to chose his runs more carefully and know when to put the burners on. Im sure he'll be available with normal physio and rest.

To be fair to Sinclair, if he puts in 110% and is burnt out after 60 mins, where's the harm?...Sub him out and he's done his bit very well, it's a squad game and we get 5 subs, ok I get that our bench isn't great but I'd like to see Sinclair continue giving his all for as long as he can, yes maybe he could become more economical but let's see his positives.

                                And perhaps increase his stamina?
