The England Cap is probably a sum for first cap and money on appearances after that when still with Palace perhaps.

But very much doubt first cap is £4 million !!!

Sky said max £4m in the contract for all add ons.

I would guess its £1m extra for each of the three years of his contract that Palace stay up and £1m for the England call-up
