      Agreed.

      From recent games the desire is there but the abilities of the collective team is lacking. NC states that he has to find a way for this team to work. We dont have time for another manager to learn about their strengths and weaknesses. NW knows them from the time hes been here and he just has to find that winning formula. Although hes responsible for team performances in my opinion hes not accountable for the recent incompetent defending that has cost us of late. He has inherited this group.

      My only concern is that if he wasnt here, how many of the injured would immediately jump off the treatment table and declare themselves fit....? I hsve no idea if some are fainting injury and whether these are the extreme end of bottle jobs we have????
