Blame the clowns who signed them not nc. He inherited these fairies. Les and his band of merry men are to blame. Their stupid data driven crap is the biggest load of tosh I've ever heard. We sign players who have shocking injury records and then put in clauses that we have to keep them instead of sending them back! The club get what they deserve imo. Run by idiots. Has been for years. They don't deserve the support they receive.

Good post , completely agree , the club needs a complete clearout from top to bottom , we've obviously got complete idiots in charge of our recruitment. i could watch a player twice and would know if he's got potential to play at our level . These idiots analize all these statistics and think he's got good stats but don't realise he only played in ten games that season because he was injured for the rest . Dickie probably had good stats when we bought him but within a few games of him being here i knew he was never going to be a good centre half . He is very slow and not very mobile , which you can get away with at centre half if you are aggressive , good in the air and have good awareness and positional sense but Dickie does'nt have any of these either. Another one Dozzel you only had to look at an Ipswich message board to realise he was going to be another duff signing , what does he offer , ok he can control and pick a pass but nothing else , has no pace , can't tackle , lacks energy does'nt assist or score goals. To be fair to them , those two are rarely injured but they just are'nt good enough at this level . As for players like Amos and Clarke Salter , they are crap but always injured as well.
The only half decent signings we have made are probably Willock , Paal and Dunne but even wondering about Willock now with his attitude and injuries.
Our owners need to get some balls and clear Ferdinand and all his coaches and analytic recruitment experts out of this club and start again.

Spot on. We have the wrong people in charge who have a history for picking the wrong managers but more importantly buying the wrong players. We must have the worst scouting system you can find. We didn't need Roberts or Richards yet we signed both. We had 2 number 10s yet we signed another one when we needed a number 9. We don't have one winger at the club. Grandad Albert doesn't count anymore as he can't run past the halfway line these days!

I thought Grandad Albert made a difference when he came on, there was certainly more "intent" about play from the team. Also old man Chris Martin.

Richards is fit and ready .
let’s say for argument sake he wasn’t fit when he joined us in august .. are the club saying it takes 6 months to get him fit lol !! He plays in the b team games he trains every day has no injures .. there’s no clause about game time etc we have no choice other than to sign him it’s in black and white . His fit and ready to go . Unfortunately not in the manager’s plans .
his an attacking player (defensive needs major work) this could be the reason why . However we not scoring so he should be playing . He is a better player than chair all day long . You will see This when a new manager comes in a plays him

Sorry, Richards hardly played for us. Seen few times he has. Didn't look that good to be honest.

We needed a target man. That was obvious. Adomah could have been just what we needed about 4 years ago. Who else in this league has a 34 year right winger? He can't run anymore. He just hopes to shift the ball half a yard and get a cross off.

His crossing is actually quite poor for a guy who has been a winger for so long. Not knocking him btw but it's another shocking indictment of our club. We haven't produced nor bought a winger for years yet we are now looking for someone to be able to get a decent ball in the box for martin/dykes/Armstrong to attack. Yet all we have is chair is plays on the left and has to cut back onto his right foot to do this. Basically keep chair quiet and we are screwed.

Had a lovely chat with his mum at the Luton game. Agreed, the lad needs a chance, it’s not as if we are doing well without him. Get him in the team, Willock looks like his out again. Roberts is out, Lyndon is out. Play him with Chair, Martin and Lowe.

Injuries plain ridiculous at moment. Gets any worse we will struggle to field a team at all. Should not have sent Masterton out on loan.

If Richards is indeed fit needs to start some games. NC says he rates him.

Becoming a joke is it training facilities, pitch quality cant see it being playing surface he's hardly on it.

Perhaps we need more sports massage therapists rather than more players. I dont get all these muscle injuries to be fair. Warm up, warm down, massage and repeat!!
