    Unbelievable sacking !!!

The decision to part ways with Scott Parker comes following a 9-0 humbling at the hands of Liverpool, the joint-worse in Premier League history.

It is a ridiculous sacking although have to say did think he was extremely overrated when manager at Fulham. Did nothing in Premiership to even come close to keeping them up and was being linked with some quite big jobs.

Turning to Gerrard the problem with Villa is they want to be top 6 and seem to think they should be but reality is they are mid table at best.

They have played 4 games. Unlucky to have City, Arsnall and pool on the trot.

Sacking was understandable because he’s been repeatedly slating the owners to the media regarding policy in the market etc. Nothing to do with results, he’s just pushed the owners too far and as they stated they need alignment and respect and the priority is operating within the clubs means for stability. He conveniently ignores the fact they basically went all in during the Jan window to get up….if they hadn’t gotten promoted they’d have been buggered.
